All watches purchased from us come with a warranty that ensures your timepiece stays in excellent condition. Below are the key details of our warranty policy, including coverage for both new and used watches.
1. Warranty Coverage
New Watches: Every new watch purchased from Win Time Gallery comes with the manufacturer's warranty, which typically lasts from 2 to 5 years depending on the brand and model. The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in material or workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
Used Watches: For pre-owned watches, we offer a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in the movement (mechanical, automatic, or quartz), as well as any manufacturing defects that arise during regular use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by water exposure, or misuse.
2. What is Covered?
Movement Defects: Our warranty covers any defects in the movement of your watch, whether it’s mechanical, automatic, or quartz.
Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or craftsmanship that arise under normal use are covered by the warranty.
Repairs & Replacements: If your watch has a covered defect, we will repair or replace any faulty parts at no charge. If repairs are not possible, we will replace the watch, if needed.
3. What is Not Covered?
Damage from Impact or Accidents: Physical damage caused by accidental drops or impacts is not covered by the warranty.
Water Damage: Unless the watch is rated for water resistance, exposure to water or submersion beyond the manufacturer’s rating will void the warranty.
Wear and Tear: Regular wear, scratches, or minor dents that occur through normal use are not covered under warranty.
Battery and Band: For quartz watches, the replacement of the battery is not covered under the warranty. Additionally, watch bands and straps, unless defective, are not covered.
Unauthorized Repairs: Any damage resulting from repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
Customizations & Engravings: Watches that have been customized or engraved after purchase are not covered under warranty for issues caused by such modifications.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim for either a new or used watch, please follow these steps:

Provide Documentation: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the defect (if applicable).
Send the Watch: Once we review your claim, we may ask you to send the watch to us for inspection. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. For warranty claims, the shipping costs will be covered by us.
Repair or Replacement: After inspection, we will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If so, we will proceed with repairs, part replacement, or a full replacement of the watch.
5. Extended Warranty for New Watches
We offer the option to purchase an Extended Warranty for new watches, extending the protection beyond the manufacturer's warranty. This extended warranty ensures that your timepiece remains covered for a longer period.
6. Warranty Limitations
International Warranty: Some brands may have specific limitations on international warranty claims. Please confirm with our customer service if your warranty is valid in your location, especially for international customers.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required for any warranty claim. For used watches, proof of purchase from Win Time Gallery is also required.
7. Service and Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial to ensuring the longevity of your timepiece. While our warranty does not cover routine servicing, we offer comprehensive servicing options including:
Movement cleaning and lubrication
Gasket and seal replacement
Battery replacement for quartz watches
Watch polishing and case refinishing
